The City of St. Albert announced April 30 that both the Woodlands Water Play Park and the Grosvenor Outdoor Pool are set to open later this month.
Although the city notes that opening day for each water facility will be weather dependent, the Woodlands splash park is scheduled to open on Saturday, May 18, while the Grosvenor pool will open the following Saturday.

The Woodlands facility has no admission charge, and also features a playground and a cafe.
Entry fees at Grosvenor for children 2 to 12 is $4.50, and for teens 13 to 17 and seniors over 60 it's $6.00. The regular adult admission fee is $7.25.
Public swimming times at the Grosvenor pool for the month of June is 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and between noon and 9 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
That schedule will change come July. The summer swimming schedule can be viewed on the city's website.
